Terms and Conditions:
• All orders are placed on our website and are considered final after the order submission date. Cancellations will incur a 25% re-stocking fee after this time.
• All orders require payment in full, prior to delivery. Payment options are
Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, PayPal or Company Check.
• Authorized returns are only accepted due to damages or shipping errors within 3 days of receipt of goods for replacement or credit to your Francie Pants account.
• All orders are shipped with delivery tracking. If we receive confirmation of delivery to the vendor Francie Pants will not take responsibility for stolen orders. Please select a secure delivery address.
• We do not allow exchanges.
• We reserve the right to cancel the account of any merchant found to be selling our shorts below $16, as part of an internet buying co-op, or on eBay.
• Note to internet-only customers: Due to the vast number of internet start up businesses, we will only work with existing businesses that have been in operation with a functional site for at least nine months. Web sites “under construction,” will not be considered at this time. Please check back in with us though!
