One of our favorite sites has a very important message to share with you about what you can do to save handmade children’s items like the toys, clothes, blankets and more that we love to find on Etsy. Recent legislation from the CPSIA has attempted to make it safer to shop for children’s products, by requiring all manufacturers to have certification. Unfortunately the laws are a little unclear in many cases and many feel the passage of these laws will mean the demise of handmade goods.
